Spirit Week, which is usually a week to have school spirit in preparation for homecoming, was partly commandeered by Black Lives Matter supporters at Manchester High School in Chesterfield, Virginia after a photo went viral. The school said it wasn’t officially part of Spirit Week, but students made it appear as such.
