National Public Radio (NPR) interviewed Patrisse Cullors and romanticized how the Black Lives Matter movement was a powerful one. But, NPR did not list a single accomplishment that the movement produced, other than protests, instigating riots and property damage in Ferguson, Missouri, and the sniper attack in Dallas, Texas that claimed six police officers’ lives.

Cullors, in the interview, felt that Trump’s election was a power grab by white nationalists:

I’ll say this: Whenever black people say enough is enough, we are often up against white nationalism. And so what this election showed us is our movement became too powerful and that white nationalism — although (it) has always existed — took power again.
