David Brown, the city’s police chief, and Mayor Mike Rawlings, held a joint press conference this morning at 8:30 and Chief Brown said, “He wanted to kill officers. And he expressed killing white people…white officers…he expressed anger about Black Lives Matter.” So much for peaceful protests.
