WIRED published a puff piece on Black Lives Matter and how they use social media as their platform, which also compared Black Lives Matter to the 1960s civil rights movement. What it doesn’t mention is how the movement they praise is a conduit for anti-police rhetoric, rioting and things far from the 1960s civil rights movement’s emphasis on civil disobedience and non-violence.
